Terms & Conditions

All quotes are fixed-price, all-inclusive of parts, labour and VAT where applicable, and are valid for 30 days. Quotes are issued in writing (email or text) before work begins. If unforeseen issues are discovered after the work starts (e.g. concealed damage, additional faults), we will pause and provide a revised written quote before continuing.

Bookings are confirmed once you accept the written quote. You will receive a two-hour arrival window the day before the appointment. If we are running late, we will text you proactively.

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the working area and to disclose any known hazards (asbestos, electrical defects, structural issues). We reserve the right to suspend work where safety cannot be assured.

Payment is due on completion by bank transfer, card or cash. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

Our labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the invoice date. If a repair we performed fails due to faulty workmanship within that period, we will return and rectify the issue at no cost. The guarantee excludes: damage caused by third parties, frost damage where no insulation was specified, hard-water scale build-up, and faults in pre-existing components we did not supply.

Manufactured parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we will assist you in claiming.

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed arrival window. Late cancellations may attract a £45 administration charge to cover scheduling losses. You have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where these apply.

We carry £2 million public liability insurance. Our liability for direct loss arising from negligence is capped at the lesser of the invoice value or our insurance limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of earnings, redecoration beyond the immediate working area) unless caused by our negligence and reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the work, please contact ryanmorgan884@gmail.com within 14 days. We will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve all complaints inside 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
