• Booking and invoicing records (address, services performed, payment status)

• To quote, book and complete the plumbing work you've requested
• To invoice you and keep statutory accounting records (HMRC requires 6 years)
• To honour our 12-month workmanship guarantee
• To respond to questions or follow-up enquiries

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes.

We rely on (a) contract — to provide the service you've asked for; (b) legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records; and (c) legitimate interest — to maintain our service quality and respond to enquiries.
