This Privacy Policy explains how Little Leak Co ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data you provide via this website or when you book our plumbing services. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Little Leak Co is a sole-trader plumbing repair business operated by Ryan Morgan, based at 14 Shenton Lane, Dadlington, CV13 6JD. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide.

2. What data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, phone, email, postcode, job description)
- Photos you choose to send to help us quote a job
- Booking and invoicing records (address, services performed, payment status)
- Basic technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) collected automatically by hosting and analytics providers
3. How we use it
- To quote, book and complete the plumbing work you've requested
- To invoice you and keep statutory accounting records (HMRC requires 6 years)
- To honour our 12-month workmanship guarantee
- To respond to questions or follow-up enquiries
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on (a) contract — to provide the service you've asked for; (b) legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records; and (c) legitimate interest — to maintain our service quality and respond to enquiries.
5. Who we share it with
- Our accountant (for tax and bookkeeping)
- Payment providers if you pay by card or bank transfer
- Hosting, email and form-handling providers (data kept within the UK/EEA where possible)
- HMRC, courts or regulators where legally required
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months. Job and invoice records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Photos: deleted within 12 months of job completion unless needed for guarantee evidence.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email ryanmorgan884@gmail.com. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
