Our story
Built for homeowners, not contracts.
Ryan Morgan started Little Leak Co after eight years inside larger plumbing and heating firms in the Midlands. The pattern was always the same — a homeowner with a weeping tap, a noisy fill valve or a dripping radiator would call, only to be told the job was "too small" or quoted a £180 minimum call-out before anyone left the depot.
Little Leak Co exists for those exact jobs. The 30-minute washer change. The cistern that's been running since Christmas. The under-sink trap that's quietly rotting the kickboard. Real plumbing problems that deserve a real plumber — without paying corporate overheads to fix them.
Eighteen years on, the work has stayed the same: residential plumbing repairs for homeowners across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Coventry and the surrounding counties. Victorian terraces in Leicester, 1930s semis in Solihull, new-build estates in Hinckley — same van, same plumber, same standards.
We don't do bathroom installs, boiler swaps or commercial fit-outs. By staying narrow we stay fast — most repair callouts are quoted on the day and completed inside the same visit, with parts carried on the van.

Arrival windows, not full days
You'll get a two-hour arrival window the day before, and a text when the van leaves for your address. No more sitting in for eight hours.
Fixed price before tools come out
Diagnosis is free on arrival. You get a written, all-in price — labour, parts, VAT — before any work starts. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
Parts carried, not ordered
The van carries 200+ common parts: washers, cartridges, fill valves, flexis, isolators, traps. 9 of 10 jobs are finished on the first visit, no return trips, no waiting.
12-month written guarantee
Every repair is covered for 12 months. If the same fault returns within a year, we come back, refit and re-supply at no charge — emailed to you the day of the job.
Tidy as we go
Towels down, shoes off, dust sheets on flooring. Old parts shown to you, then disposed of. We leave the area cleaner than we found it — every single time.
Honest about scope
If a job is genuinely beyond a repair — full re-pipe, boiler replacement, structural — we'll say so on the spot and recommend who to call. We don't quote work we shouldn't be doing.
